Return Policy

There is a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at: information@nemesis-ex.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and opened products. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled within 3 days from the time of purchase, subject to the product's shipping status and availability.
    • Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has commenced.

    • Cancellation requests made after the specified time frame or once the product has shipped may not be accommodated.

Refunds and Charges:

    • If the cancellation request is approved within the eligible time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • In some cases, a cancellation processing fee may be applied to cover administrative or chargeback costs associated with the cancellation. The fee, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to the customer before the cancellation is confirmed.
    • For custom-made or personalized items, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress of production at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation of Shipped Orders:

    • If an order has already been shipped at the time of the cancellation request, the customer will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us at their expense.
    • Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product's cost, minus any applicable cancellation processing fees and return shipping charges.

Exceptions:

    • Some products or orders may be exempt from cancellation, especially in cases where they are time-sensitive or require immediate processing.
    • Subscription services or digital products, once accessed or downloaded, may not be eligible for cancellation.

Reimbursement Process: Upon approval of the claim, we will reimburse the customer for the documented supplementary costs incurred. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the reimbursement to reflect in the customer's account, depending on their financial institution.

Exclusions
This Liability Policy does not cover supplementary costs incurred due to factors beyond our control, such as acts of nature, unforeseen transportation issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
