Delivery time
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible:
- Orders placed on business days before 16:00 hour Amsterdam time (GMT +1) will be attempted to be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed on business days after 16.00 hour Amsterdam time (GMT +1) will be shipped next day
Please note that we cannot always guarantee the above delivery times, as sometimes products may not be in stock, and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time is provided on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs and method
The prices displayed are exclusive of shipping costs. The costs depend on the distance and weight of your order.
Delivery is carried out by the postal service or parcel delivery company PostNL. Generally, delivery takes place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
Your package may be handed over to another postal handler in your country. You can often find this information in your original order confirmation email. To clarify whether this is the case with your order, you can always contact our customer service. We will then investigate this for you.
Shipping to United Kingdom (UK)
For the United Kingdom shipping is carried out by PostNL. You can use your track & trace code on the PostNL or Royal Mail website to track your package.
Delivery time may take up to between one and two weeks. Please note that delivery time may take longer because of customs. UK customs may hold your parcel for 3 weeks.
